Zinc Electroplating service has been the core product at BFG for 34 years. Our state of the art automation of the process delivers consistent quality and predictable production rates. We supply many of the leading manufacturers in the US and meet the most demanding industry standards.

Hot Dip Galvanizing Vs Zinc Plating:

Compared to hot dip galvanizing, electroplated zinc offers these significant advantages: - Lower thickness deposits to achieve controlled thickness threads and comparable performance – Broader conversion coating availability for increased performance and color options - Brighter, more aesthetically appealing, deposits

What BFG Offers:

We have 7 zinc plating lines, both rack and barrel plating. We are able to offer quick turnaround on large orders because of our capacity.
BFG can plate extra large parts. We have the ability to plate parts over 12’ in length.
Working closely with our Chemical suppliers we can offer a wide range of post plating chromates including many compliant with hexavalent chrome restrictive programs Rohs, IMDS reporting or ELV.
