Painting Processes:   

BFG has multiple paint process and includes the highest pretreatment standards available with 13 stage cleaning and phosphating available meeting most industrial standards and TT-C-490E and MIL-STD-171E for Military and Federal requirements.

Ecoating: BFG provides ecoating, the highest quality industry standard for priming and painting including zinc phosphate coating as the base for the best possible corrosion protection availble.  We provide unusual flexibility in our ability to process and coat aluminum, Zinc Electroplated, Galvanized, and Zinc Nickel Alloy plated materials.  Our product size is one of the larger available with 20x9 foot capabilities.

Liquid Spray Painting: Liquid Spray coating is suppplied in multiple booths and configurations to provide a full compliment of final product coating options required by industry. BFG is an approved applicator for many OEM's.

BFG provides powder coating for large assemblies sizes up to 32 ft x 14 ft x 12 ft.  We supply a complete range of powders and colors.
