Zinc Phosphate Large Product Coating Enhanced

Large product coatings of zinc phosphate have been enhanced at BFG.  Assemblies up to 20 ft. by 9ft. by 3 ft. are coated in our facility to the most difficult industry standards.  The enhancements provide top performing phosphate coatings for vehicle manufacturing and military components with the line being recently approved and processing  TT-C-490 coatings.  These specifications require extensive lab testing and control documentation and process controls that BFG provides to our customers.  This combination of large product and sophisticated coating methods and controls is a specialty at BFG.
