Our Zinc Nickel Capacity Expansion is online! This line began production August 4, 2015 and features added capabilities for plating on castings and powdered metal. It features high nickel (10-15%) alloy and either chloride or alkaline chemistries. It is built with a wide range of post plating treatment and sealer options to meet all industry standards called for today. The process delivers in excess of 1000 hours of salt spray resistance and meets ROHS standards.
