Process: Coatings and other processes are listed below. BFG provides extensive other coating service including phosphate coatings, black oxide, preapplied sealants, resin impregnation, blasting and aluminum chromates such as Alodine.

Phosphates: Zinc, Manganese and Iron phosphates are all provided in a range of automated production lines.  Difficult Military requirements are handled to specification.

Black Oxide: Black Oxide coatings with true Black Oxide finishes using the high temperature process providing the widest range of ferrous alloy coating.

Preapplied Sealant: Sealants from Loctite are applied allowing one stop coating and sealant application.

Resin Impregnation: Sealing of porosity in castings and powdered metal for pressure retention machinability and coating.

Blasting: BFG provides blasting service for weld and scale removal.

Vibratory Finishing: Vibratory finishing in media to provide deburring, descaling, burnishing, cleaning and brightening
